Ripening seasonAlready announced in 2017, the Gemini Lake generation still needs some maturity. For fanless mini-PCs as a 4K player, the chips seem well suited, as long as HDCP 2.2 and HDR actually come.
For economical office computers, these quad cores are less suited to the inner workings of the Atom family of tablet and embedded processors because they deliver little single-threaded performance.
