Next year, Jaguar plans to revive one of its most famous classics as an electric car with the E-type Zero. This is considered to be the most beautiful car of all time and is now to be emossions-free and return to the heights of time.
With the E-type Zero, the British automotive manufacturer Jaguar introduces the "most beautiful electric car in the world". The design of the model is based on the classic Jaguar E-type Roadster from the year 1968, writes the manufacturer. It is to be manufactured in Warwickshire in the heart of England and sold from 2018 onwards.
Thanks to the electric motor, the new roadster is to be exactly 46 kilograms lighter than the original and accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in 5.5 seconds. Thanks to a 40 kWh battery, the electric Jaguar according to the manufacturer has a range of 270 kilometers once fully recharged lasting six to seven hours.

The Jaguar E-type has been voted the most beautiful car ever, and even Enzo Ferrari has shared this view, the British manufacturer justifies the choice of the design. With the electric car, this classic beauty should now be brought into the 21st century. Jaguar is showing the new edition of the classic in London parallel to the planned electric SUV I-Pace and the steering wheel concept Sayer.
