Bee Token and WeTrust are working on an alternative to Airbnb

Tuesday, January 30th, 2018 | bitcoin updates

Read article: The blockchain start-ups Bee Token and WeTrust from San Francisco want to work together to create a kind of decentralized Airbnb. Information should be exchanged among each other to improve customer comfort. The start-up Bee Token for short-term rental and the financial services platform WeTrust are working together to develop "decentralized insurance based on crowdsourcing deposits". The deposits are meant to be a financial buffer for both the hosts listed on Bee token's Beenest platform and guests. In order to do so, the two start-ups plan to connect with each other for information users, including their general trust as a tenant or host. The idea behind it is that the two companies can reduce the cost of a breakdown or damage. An insurance against possible damage to property should provide precaution. Companies want to gain access to a overnight accommodation sharing economy. WeTrust CEO George Li said in a statement, "We can not be happier about this partnership with Bee Token. This collaboration is just the most innovative use case that we believe will bring the benefits of our platform to the forefront. It aims to demonstrate the management of complex processes across decentralized insurance and insurance-like products across multiple industries. "The Bee Token platform has a token of the same name, which previously had a pre-sale of $ 10 million. The public token sale will begin at the end of this month. In a recent interview with the San Francisco Chronicle, Bee Token co-founder Jonathan Chou suggested that the platform should, in a sense, meet those already involved in the world of cryptocurrencies. "We're very interested in the cryptocurrency community. In the beginning, our platform is not as intuitive for mainstream users, "said Jonathan Chou the newspaper. "We think there is a certain need for people to be given the opportunity to spend Bitcoin." BTC-ECHOAbout Alina LeyAlina Ley has been working as an author at BTC-ECHO since March 2017.
